My name is Katie. I'm a registered nurse in Chicago, a newlywed, and a new graduate from Purdue University!
I have an amazing family, great friends, and a husband who makes me laugh until my sides hurt. Life is pretty darn good.
When it comes to my interests, I'm a bit of a renaissance girl. I love cooking, fashion, makeup, gardening, bargain hunting, DIY projects, traveling, furry animals, and pretty much anything involving health and psychology.
Through this blog, I hope that I can channel some of these passions of mine into helpful posts for others. While I try to focus on the interests and needs of young women in my blog, I hope anybody can get something out of my website. My goal for Scrubs and Kaleidoscopes is to brighten your day and make your life healthier and happier.
